Updating your email address is a straightforward process through your Juno dashboard. For guidance on updating your email address, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Juno Dashboard.

  2. Within the 'Account' section, click on 'Personal Details'.

3. Once there, tap the update icon.

4. Input the new email address and then tap 'Verify Phone Number'.

5. Input the verification code that has been sent to your current registered phone number.

6. Once you've entered the verification code that was sent to your registered phone number, you will be directed to Onfido to proceed with the identity verification process.

7. As part of the identity verification process, you'll be prompted to record a video to confirm your identity.

8. Once your identity has been successfully verified, you will have the option to update your email ID.
