Certainly! If there's a valid reason such as a damaged, lost, or stolen card, we can arrange a replacement for your current card. Kindly reach out to us at hello@juno.finance, and we'll assist in blocking the card and issuing a new one for you.
Limit on Issuing Replacement Virtual Cards
Juno permits users to request a replacement for their Virtual card once every two months (60 days).
Note:
If a replacement virtual card is issued on August 1st, you will need to wait for 60 days from that date before you can request a replacement. The timer resets with each card issuance.
In case of unauthorized usage, the compromised virtual card will be terminated and no new card will be issued within the 60-day period from the date of that card issuance.
