Should your card information be compromised, we urge you to swiftly take action by accessing your Juno app or web portal to initiate a card lock. To do so, navigate to the Card tab. Adjacent to your card, you'll notice an arrow that allows you to switch between your virtual and physical card. Depending on which card is displayed on the screen, selecting "Lock Card" will secure the corresponding card. This expedient process ensures that you are in full control of your card's security.
Please also contact Juno support immediately to replace the compromised card.
