If you do not wish to open a Brokerage Account, you can reach out to Juno to close your account and alternatively, you can email at optoutbrokerage@synapsefi.com. If you opt out, we will send you notification that your accounts will be closed. You can choose to close your platform account even after the Effective Date (October 17, 2023) at any time.
