With regret, we inform you that the Juno Treasury account will no longer be in service as of 12 am EST on May 12, 2025. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your trust and support.

The primary reason for this is the prolonged issues stemming from the Synapse bankruptcy and the subsequent actions by Evolve Bank & Trust, which have prevented many users from accessing their funds in their Juno Cash Accounts provided by Synapse and Evolve. These challenges have had a significant impact on our business and team, making it no longer feasible for us to uphold the standards of service and reliability that we strive for.

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the Juno Treasury Account. Our top priority now is to ensure that our current members and account holders experience a seamless offboarding from the Juno Treasury Account. Your funds in the Juno Treasury Account are unaffected and continue to be available for withdrawal. Please note that the Juno Treasury Account may no longer be accessible from the Juno app or website after the closure date.

To ensure a smooth transition, please take the following steps:

  1. Cancel Recurring Transfers: We recommend that you cancel all recurring transfers into your Juno Treasury Account and any payments being made from your bank account, effective immediately. May 12, 2025, is the last day transactions will be processed on your Juno Treasury Account, and all transactions after May 12, 2025, may be rejected or returned.

  2. Transfer Remaining Funds Out of Your Juno Treasury Account: Please ensure that all funds are removed from your Juno Treasury Account by May 12, 2025. For instructions on how to withdraw funds, please see our FAQ. You can also contact the Juno support team for further assistance.

  3. 2024 Tax Documents are still available on Juno. However, if any Juno member needs copies of their Treasury Account monthly statements or tax documents after May 12, 2025, you may reach out to Jiko to request copies. Please contact Jiko support at support@jiko.io or at +1 (833) 333-5456.

Continued Access to Your Juno Crypto Wallet

Your Juno crypto wallet, powered by Zero Hash, will remain fully accessible regardless of your Juno Treasury Account closure. You can easily continue managing and withdrawing your crypto assets without any disruptions by logging into your Juno account.
