There are 2 ways to move from the Basic Plan to the Metal Plan.

1. Direct Deposit Method
2. Connecting Wallet Method

1. Direct Deposit Method
To upgrade your account to the Metal plan, you need to set up a direct deposit of $250 or more per month. Once the direct deposit is settled, your account will be automatically upgraded to the Metal plan, if approved. To continue with the Metal access, you must maintain a monthly direct deposit.

There are no additional fees for the Metal Plan. Just a direct deposit of $250 and you are good to go. We hope you will continue to choose Metal as we continuously deliver the best product for you.

2. Connecting Wallet Method

To upgrade your account to the Metal plan, you need to connect and verify your Wallet. We check for your past on-chain activity and upgrade you to Metal if you have met all the conditions.

Note: On being successfully eligible for Metal, if your account is not automatically upgraded by our systems, please reach out to the in-app Customer Support for upgrading yourself to Metal.
