Here are two most common reasons your Bank may not be showing up on Plaid.
Plaid does not currently support your institution. It’s common that smaller banks and credit unions may not currently be working with Plaid, but Plaid is constantly looking to add partners and improve your experience, as are we.
Your banking institution is hindering you from connecting your account. Issues with your bank’s internal system can be the culprit. If that is the case, it never hurts to check back to see if they have rectified the issue.
Even though your bank isn't found on Plaid it doesn't mean you can't use Juno. To link your bank we recommend that you initiate a transfer from the account that you want to move the funds from to your Juno account.
