Does Juno charge overdraft fees?

Overdrafts

Updated over 10 months ago

Rest assured, your Juno account is designed to be free from any overdraft fees. In cases where your account's available balance falls short of covering an authorized payment or withdrawal, we will take the initiative to cancel the transaction on your behalf.

However, it's important to be mindful that any ACH returns could potentially lead to a negative balance in your account. If this negative balance persists for sixty (60) consecutive calendar days, it may result in the closure of your account. Moreover, if you neglect to settle any overdraft amount, we retain the right to involve legal representation for collection. By agreeing to this, you acknowledge your responsibility to cover reasonable expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees and court costs, incurred by us due to the overdrawn status of your account.
