In the event that your card information is compromised, please log in to your Juno app or web portal to lock your cards immediately. To lock between the virtual and physical card please go to the Card tab. You should see an arrow next to your card to toggle between your virtual card and physical card. Depending on which card is shown on the screen, clicking lock card will lock that respective card.

Please also contact Juno support immediately to replace either card.
