Hi There, greetings from Juno Support. Congratulations on receiving your Juno debit card.

Your physical debit card cab be activated directly from your Juno app post 8 days of you successfully requesting the card. This delay is kept in place to make sure that no one else is able to misuse the card while it is in transit. On the 8th day the option to activate the physical card appears on the cards section of your Juno app automatically.

Your virtual card remains completely active in this timeframe and can be used for any online transactions with complete confidence.
